Following the success of these workshops run regionally by the Foot Anstey team, we are delighted to bring them together in this full day course will be split into two separate workshops, led by industry experts.

Workshop 1 focusses on “Delivering legacy strategies through effective and sensitive communications” and  again we are delighted that this will be led by Chris Millward, CEO of ILM and Professor Stephen Pidgeon, international fundraising lecturer and speaker who works with non-profits to develop strategy and creative that raises millions.  Stephen and Chris will be leading discussions around effective communications and together we’ll be looking at ways to introduce ILM good practice principles and personalisation into all legacy communications.

Workshop 2 focusses on “Influencing others at work”. This could be people within your organisation, either to ensure effective team working or securing support from management for example, or it could be people outside your organisation in order to achieve a desired outcome.  We are delighted that this session will be led by Lise Seager. Lise is a qualified solicitor, mediator, business coach, facilitator and consultant and will be sharing her expertise about the theory and practice behind successfully influencing others.
