Mission and Vision

Our vision is a world where all animals are respected and treated with kindness and compassion
Events:
The RSPCA will be celebrating its 200th Anniversary in 2024.
Achievements of the legacy team:
- Two of our team members, Katherine Franklin and Shannon Speight, have recently accomplished the remarkable achievement of receiving Distinction in the ILM Diploma in Legacy Management
- The Legacy Income Management Team was thrilled to receive the Smee and Ford Award for Legacy Administration Team of the Year 2023.
Legacy income management:
The Legacy Income Management Team are made of 14 people who currently manage approx. 3000 open legacy cases of all types and value, both for the RSPCA National Society and its Branch Network.
The RSPCA legacy income management team are proud to work within some firm but fair policies and working practices (eg: Team and individual kpis and individual Quality Assessment for casehandlers up to 3 times a year). This enables the Management team to provide clear purpose, mastery and motivation for all our casehandlers (this system also includes members of the Management team themselves) – this tried and tested system works well in helping individuals achieve their development goals as legacy professionals.
