Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) are at the heart of ILM’s vision, mission and values. Being collaborative, ambitious, knowledgeable and kind are core values for ILM, and having an equality focused and committed workforce, and membership community, drives these principles forward. We want to provide charities with the expertise and tools they need to optimise the value of their legacies, and to work collaboratively as a sector.

The Working Group was formed in July 2022 and has implemented lots of recommendations to ensure that the ILM is inclusive, however we are conscious that there is still lots of work that needs to be done. We are therefore looking to increase the members of our ED&I Working Group to help ensure that ILM’s training and tools are inclusive, help influence change within the legacy sector and help move projects along to completion via project groups.
