ILM are running a day’s course with Cruse looking at how best to manage interactions with those dealing with bereavement to ensure that the charity’s needs are still met but not at the expense of either the grieving friend or relative’s feelings or the charity’s reputation.

The day will feature a combination of theoretical sessions together with practical workshops, looking at how to handle situations which may be particularly difficult during the administration of an estate, both over the telephone and via correspondence.

Certificates of attendance will be awarded after the course to confirm that you have received this training and thereby show that your charity treats its relationships with supporters and the public as of the utmost importance.
