ILM is delighted to be hosting an online training session which will feature a range of speakers discussing contentious probate with a focus on key areas and cases of relevance to legacy professionals.

Sessions include:

Wilsons: Deathbed Gifts and Mutual Wills plus a Case Update
Peter Jeffreys and Fiona Campbell-White of Wilsons will look at Deathbed Gifts, Mutual Wills and six recently decided cases from the courts which are of particular relevance to the legacy sector

Penningtons: Removal of executors and administrators
This session, presented by Michael Cash, will look at recent case law and the court’s approach on dealing with court applications for removal of executors and administrators

Michelmores: Undue Influence – Lifetime Gifts and Legacies
Tony Cockayne will be looking at the issue of undue influence, which we know is always pertinent to those working in charity legacies

There will be the opportunity for delegates to submit questions to our speakers both before and during the event, and any questions will be addressed by our speakers during the seminar.
