The Government has recently asked employees to work from home, where possible – but what is possible, what is desirable and what are the legal obligations?

The CBI and TUC have issued a statement calling for redundancies to be handled sensitively.  How can employers deliver this, and also make changes that are necessary to protect their organisations?
