ILM Corporate Partner Hugh James invite ILM members to join them on Wednesday 11 February 2026 for a breakfast event bringing together senior leaders and charity trustees to explore practical and innovative approaches to strengthening financial resilience and diversifying income streams across the charity and not for profit sector.

Designed for senior leaders and trustees, this session brings together peers for focused discussion and shared experience.

The morning will begin with informal networking over breakfast before moving onto case studies on governance and legacy challenges.

Participants will then take part in guided discussions exploring income diversification options, including social investment and loans, and trading and enterprise, followed by an update from the Charity Commission on current priorities affecting the sector.
