The ILM Annual Conference, in association with Michelmores, promises the usual mix of news, views and legal updates – as well as a great chance to network with your peers in the legacy world.
We’ll have news and updates from our headline sponsor Michelmores, as well as the ever-popular Legacy Foresight update from Meg Abdy and Kath Horsley. Ian Bond from the Law Society will be discussing digital probate and will writing and a panel of experts will be debating the pros and cons of early recognition of legacies. And in a brand new addition to the conference, our Professional Development Working Group will be giving us an update on new initiatives in ILM professional and personal development.
We are also very pleased to announce that Ed Owen, Director of Communications at HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) will be giving delegates an update on the latest changes to the Wills Notification Service.
