Who should attend: Any leader or manager who is leading and managing a team into the 'new normal'

This event has already happened.

This training will cover everything managers and team leaders need to know about all aspects of leading a team back into the office, or managing hybrid working. Led by experts from Hugh James, and Dr Gwenllian Williams of deWinton-Williams, this training will encourage discussion and debate, and is essential for team managers leading into the new normal.

There will be two 2-hour sessions which will include facilitator input on what to expect, the psychology of the challenges and pragmatic advice on how to manage changes. The online training is for a small group of delegates, enabling group discussion and questions throughout the sessions. Delegates will also share ideas and solutions through group discussion and group coaching.

The course cost covers both sessions, as well as any relevant slides, notes and papers. All attendees also receive a certificate after the training.
