Introduction to Legacies – March 2026

This course is designed for individuals who are new to legacies and seek a fundamental introduction to the subject.

Presented by Ella Wilson and Dr Claire Routley (Legacy Futures), the course will provide people with a general overview of the UK legacy market and explore the different types of legacy gifts. It will look at who leaves a legacy and why and discuss the laws and rules around legacies before signposting participants to helpful resources and information.

The course content will be sourced from various segments of the Legacy Futures group, incorporating insights from Legacy Foresight’s market overview and Legacy Voice’s research on legacy motivations.

This online training course will be delivered in a single session lasting 3 – 4 hours, with breaks as necessary.
