Presenting with Confidence (4 of 4 in the series)

Course overview: Presenting ideas with confidence is an extremely effective way of reaching your target audience. Knowledge matched with both gravitas and strong communication skills will raise awareness of the firm among the target-client population. Unfortunately effective communication with gravitas is not necessarily natural to all – but it can be learned. This course recognises both the communication and human elements of good presentation and we work to the natural strengths of the delegates.

Target delegate group: The course is aimed at anyone who has to present ideas with gravitas and confidence.

By the end of the course delegates will:

  • Know and have applied the principles of designing a good presentation
  • Understand and have learned the skills of delivering with impact
  • Know what they do to impress and hold an audience
  • Have techniques for managing anxiety
  • Have the skills to manage an audience and audience questions

At the end of the session we want you to feel:

  • You know the pattern of a great presentation
  • You know how to pare down messages to a pithy presentation
  • You can deliver with confidence and manage nerves
  • You can engage an audience and keep them engaged

The course is highly practical. Delivered by Roman Kubiak TEP, contested wills, trusts and estates partner from Hugh James and Dr. Gwenllian Williams of deWinton-Williams. Roman and Gwenllian combine training with their own experience to ensure you have both input and air-time.

The other sessions in this four-part leadership series are as follows:
