ILM corporate partner, Foot Anstey‘s ever-popular ‘Lunch and Learn’ series builds for the spring and summer on the team’s previous webinar on the pros and cons of acting as PR.

The three sessions will explore the differences between acting as PR, instructing an attorney PR or instructing a third party to act as PR in its own right.

You can attend online or at Foot Anstey’s London office at 36-38 Cornhill, London EC3V 2NG. Each session will stand alone so you do not need to join all three!

If you would like to attend in person, please email Charlotte Stokes – charlotte.stokes@footanstey.com – to reserve your place.

Session 1 ~ Acting as PR: A deeper drive into whether your charity should act as PR, by power of attorney or by a third party.

To assist with your decision-making process the session will:

  • consider whether your charity can act as PR from a governance perspective
  • discuss the key differences when: your charity is PR; you have an attorney PR; or when instructing a third-party to act as PR
