During this webinar Dan Harris and colleagues from Stone King will provide an update on recent case law and discuss how different jurisdictions consider the question of testamentary capacity.

Dan Harris is a Partner and head of Stone King’s specialist international and cross-border unit and also the head of the charity legacy team. He advises UK and overseas private clients as well as charities and other solicitors on succession and taxation issues in all jurisdictions of the world.

Toby Bishop specialises in succession and trusts litigation including contentious probate; 1975 Act claims; the removal of personal representatives and trustees; the administration of estates and trusts; proprietary estoppel; constructive and resulting trusts; and issues of domicile. He is ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for traditional chancery work.

Luke Watson is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team and specialises in contentious trust and probate disputes. Trusts and Estates routinely contain property, companies and legacies to charity and this means that Luke’s broad experience enables him to deal with complex and high – value disputes relating to such trusts and estates.
