Research is showing us that sleep is more than rest – it is critical for lifetime health and resilience. Poor sleep is strongly associated with anxiety and negative thinking. It is also bad for your brain and your gut. So sleeping is critical in times of pressure and uncertainty as rest is essential to wellbeing and energy to keep going.
This webinar will cover:
- The power of sleep – regeneration as well as rest
- The impact of poor sleep
- The science and biology of sleep
- The link between your lifestyle and sleep
- Knowing your poor sleep patterns
- Creating a sleep hygiene pattern
- Techniques for getting to sleep and staying asleep
- How to manage the different poor-sleep patterns
This webinar is delivered by Roman Kubiak, partner and head of Legacy Protection Services at Hugh James and Dr. Gwenllian Williams of deWinton-Williams. Roman and Gwenllian will combine practical advice with their own experience to help you plan how to make sleep part of your lifetime resilience plan. This webinar will last for 1 hour and 15 minutes, with an optional guided relaxation element at the end for those who wish to benefit.
