ILM Annual General Meeting 2026

ILM AGM 2026 | Friday 23rd October at 10am

This year’s Annual General Meeting will again be held online via Zoom, with all voting taking place electronically prior to the event.

Voting will open on Monday 12th October and will close on Friday 16th October. All ILM members who are eligible to vote will receive the link via email from UK Engage, the organisation that is administering the vote.

One addition to the agenda is that over the summer the Board instructed Russell-Cooke solicitors to undertake a review of our constitution and they suggested some changes to bring it into line with modern regulations.

There will be no voting on the day of the event, so all members must follow the instructions in the email from UK Engage if they wish to vote.

All voting will be anonymous and strictly confidential. ILM staff and board members will not be able to see the results until voting has closed. Due to the nature of electronic voting, there will be no proposing or seconding of motions; all motions are considered to have been proposed and seconded.
