ILM’s inclusivity agenda

As UK Disability History Month 2023 (UKDHM) draws to a close on 16 December, we wanted to let members know that ILM is currently looking at ways to move its inclusivity agenda forward.

 

 


This will include research and discussions to help the ILM leadership team understand the challenges some people face in their everyday lives.

ILM has a dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) working group that meets regularly to ensure inclusivity is maintained in events, webinars, and day-to-day operations.

If you have any questions or comments regarding ILM’s ED&I policy or would like to join our ED&I working group, please feel free to reach out. Going forward, we will aim to share our discussions and updates on a public forum, fostering transparency and inviting wider engagement in our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
