Irish woman leaves €30 to six charities

An Irish woman has left an incredible gift of €30m to five charities. The legacy gift, made by Elizabeth O’Kelly, from Stradbally, Co Laois, will make a huge difference to the charities, which will each receive €6m.

The charities are:

• Irish Cancer Charity
• Irish Heart Foundation
• Irish Kidney Association
• Irish Society for Autistic Children
• RNLI
