We have two Masterclasses taking place in the coming weeks, which are free to ILM members.

The R185s Masterclass takes place this Thursday, and will be presented by ILM corporate partner Hugh James, and is aimed at the charity recipients of tax deduction certificates. The course considers when and how the R185 group of forms are used, and what information they must contain.

The Delegated Authorities Masterclass will be presented by Robert Nieri of ILM corporate partner Shoosmiths LLP and will provide an overview of the key aspects of delegated authority for charity decision-making, primarily in the context of charitable companies and CIOs.
