Law Society joins conference bill

The Law Society are the latest speakers to be added to the bill for this year’s annual conference, in association with Michelmores. Ian Bond, Director and Head of Trusts and Estates at Talbots Law Firm and Chair of the Law Society Wills and Equity Committee, will be discussing digital probate and will writing.
The society is the latest addition to the bill following confirmation that Ed Owen, Director of Communications at HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), will be giving delegates an update on the latest changes to the Wills Notification Service.
