Berrys is a firm of Chartered Surveyors that provides a wide range of property related services operating from five offices with charity services co-ordinated from our office in Towcester, Northamptonshire. We have established a strong reputation for provision of Charities Act QSR reports on all types of property across the UK.

Our experience in providing the Charities Act reports has brought us a much deeper understanding of the responsibilities and challenges faced by our charity clients. We pride ourselves in assisting our clients in finding solutions to their problems and remaining engaged with a case beyond the provision of the initial advice. We can assist with management of the sale process and bring to bear in-house expertise with a large team of Chartered Town Planners, building surveyors and a development team who are active in representing both charity and private land owners in bringing forward development schemes across the country.

Andrew Tompson

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer based at our Towcester office. His career has predominantly been in private practice- initially dealing with residential and commercial property agency and management but now specialising in residential and commercial property valuation. In addition to advising charities, Andrew provides valuations to lender, pension funds and private clients and regularly acts as an expert witness in valuation matters.
