About Wilsons

With the largest team outside London, the team acts for well over 500 charities, ranging from the largest household names to smaller local concerns.

We advise on all kinds of disputes including Wills and trusts, lost or missing Wills, trust administration, the validity of Wills and Statutory Wills in the Court of Protection. We also act for charities in probate and the winding up of estates.

In addition to securing the maximum value available from each case, there are often charity compliance issues, not to mention the importance of reputational considerations.

We see the bigger picture and work closely with our charity clients to create the appropriate strategy in each case, whether that be setting aside lifetime gifts or transactions at an undervalue, applications to the Charity Commission and claims by or against executors, trustees or solicitors.

Whatever your issue, we can help. Speak to a member of the team for more information.
