Samantha O’Sullivan, Partner
Royds Withy King’s cross-departmental Charities sector team is led by Samantha O’Sullivan. She has specialised in charity law for almost 30 years and advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on issues including mergers, incorporation, fundraising, administration, governance, and dealings with the Charity Commission. Samantha is currently a trustee of several charities and her experience means that the advice she provides is pervaded with commercialism and an awareness of the issues facing the sector. Amanda Noyce, Partner

Jacqui Lazare, Solicitor
Jacqui is a key member of the Charities team who advises on matters of pure charity law. Prior to joining Royds Withy King, she worked for both Legacy Link and the Charities Aid Foundation, and as a result has an exact knowledge of the issues faced by legacy professionals.  As an active member of the Charity Law Association, Jacqui regularly sits on working parties preparing responses to various consultations in the field of Charity regulation. She also sits on the committee for the STEP Philanthropy Advisers Special Interest Group.
