Claire Cox is a partner in Willans LLP solicitor’s highly rated litigation & dispute resolution team. With over 15 years’ experience, she is recognised as a specialist in inheritance and trust disputes, as well as contentious probate.
Helping clients with claims against estates and the contesting of wills, Claire regularly advises on disputes between executors or trustees, estate administration issues, breaches of trust, and claims regarding the validity of wills. She also has significant expertise in contentious trust matters outside of inheritance disputes, including cases where an individual believes they have an interest in a property that is not legally owned by them (known as TOLATA claims).
