Take our skills survey

July 12, 2018

The survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Training, and our wider professional development offer, has always played a critical role in terms of the support ILM is able to offer to members and the wider charitable sector. As part of our Future ILM work, we committed to undertake a strategic review of this area of our work.

We want to ensure that ILM’s professional development strategy meets both the current and future needs of the legacy management profession. To do this, we need to better understand the context in which you as legacy professionals work.

We have created a survey that will give us a clearer picture of the skills you as legacy professionals currently possess, as well as wider attitudes towards professional development, a better understanding of qualifications, entry routes, experience, and barriers to progression across the sector.

The findings from the survey will help us shape our future training and wider professional development offer to ensure it provides you with the knowledge and skills required, in the most appropriate way and at the most relevant time, to succeed both professionally and personally. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

All responses are anonymous, so please be as open and honest as you wish. The closing date to respond is Monday 30th July.
