About the authors

Leticia Jennings, Bates Wells

Leticia is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and the Charity Legacies department at Bates Wells. She is an expert in litigation matters regarding charity governance and charity legacies. She also has specialist knowledge and experience in contract disputes, fraud and asset recovery, shareholder disputes and the enforcement of judgments.  

She is also an experienced Supervising Solicitor appointed by the High Court on the execution of search orders and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). 

Sophie Cass, Bates Wells

Sophie is an Associate in the Charity and Social Enterprise department at Bates Wells. She advises organisations and individuals on specialist charity governance matters such as trusts and permanent endowment, charity legacies and faith-based organisations.     

Sophie is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). 

Lucinda Ellen, Bates Wells

Lucinda is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and a member of the Legacies, Trusts and Probate Disputes department at Bates Wells. She advises both charitable and commercial clients on various contentious matters.
