ILM seeks to deliver high standards of customer service to our members. The CiCLA qualification follows best practice in terms of quality assurance and quality control processes. In order to meet these key objectives the qualification process is subject to strict deadlines. It is essential that you ensure that you are familiar with and observe the key deadlines and dates for your assessments.
