CMA announces investigation into unregulated will-writing

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has announced an investigation into unregulated will-writing, online divorce and pre-paid probate services.
It follows concerns that not all organisations are complying with consumer protection law.
ILM CEO Matthew Lagden said: “This is news that will undoubtedly be of interest to our members. Together with Lucinda Frostick, Director of Remember A Charity, we are currently considering our response and will share this in due course.”
