How does it work?

Advertising your role with us is an excellent way to reach a highly targeted audience of experienced legacy professionals.

Once you fill in the form below, the vacancy will be posted on the ILM website, and all ILM members receive an email to alert them to the new role. We also promote the vacancy via our social media channels.

The position will remain on our website for 30 days, or until the deadline for applications.

Show The Salary

ILM is proud to be a part of the Show The Salary scheme, which is designed to tackle pay gaps in the charity sector. This means that all the jobs we post need to clearly show a salary. You can read more here.

How much does it cost?

A charge of £800+VAT is payable by recruiters and commercial organisations, with a reduced rate of £500+VAT for ILM members, whether they are placing the advert directly themselves or via an agency.

We also offer discounted rates for member charities posting multiples vacancies. These are as follows:

1 vacancy: £500+VAT
2 vacancies: £400+VAT each (20% discount)
3 or more vacancies: £350+VAT each (£30% discount)
