Lunch and Learn session 3 – Access to Property Reports

Please join Foot Anstey (and Berrys!) for another virtual lunch and learn on Averting Development Disasters (The subtle art of channelling the energies of over-enthusiastic PRs) on Monday 6 December from 12-1pm.

The team will explore:

- PRs’ duties and powers (and the limits of them);
- problems that may arise;
  - how to proactively avoid them; and
  - how to address them if you can’t!
- risk and organisational impact; and
- pragmatic solutions (including use of property reports!)

This will be an interactive session using the Q&A function. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch and take a break from their normal day to join what is hoped to be a lively discussion!

Foot Anstey’s legacies experts will also be joined for this session by Andrew Tompson of Berrys.
