Join the passionate Fundraising & Communications (FundComm) directorate at Brooke and play a pivotal role in in shaping our future. As the Legacy Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and execution of compelling and impactful marketing strategies aimed at engaging and inspiring our devoted supporters – those who choose to leave a lasting legacy through gifts in Wills, In Memory donations, and Community Fundraising.

This role is instrumental in generating £12 million annually, representing nearly half of Brooke’s income. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success and evolution of our legacy marketing and digital tactics, ensuring sustainable impact for generations to come. Collaborating closely with colleagues from In Memory, Community Fundraising, Legacy Administration, and broader audience management teams, you will craft seamless supporter journeys and champion the significance of legacy giving throughout the organisation.

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate substantial experience in devising marketing strategies, particularly within the realm of Legacy Fundraising. Your proven expertise in digital marketing and fundraising, encompassing digital acquisition, retention, and data analytics, will enable you to strategically steer marketing initiatives across diverse channels and audiences. Your ability to identify new business, product, and marketing opportunities for various segments, coupled with your track record of fostering long-term supporter engagement and loyalty, will be instrumental. As a skilled networker and relationship builder, you will lead, manage, and nurture a team while fostering enduring partnerships with peers, agencies, and suppliers. Moreover, your proficiency in budget management and financial planning will ensure that campaigns deliver maximum impact.
