Paul McDonnell – Litigation Partner

Paul advises clients in relation to contractual disputes, commercial property disputes, insolvency (with a particular interest on bankruptcy matters), recovery and possession, employment disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and data protection related issues. Paul has acted as Administrator ad litem in various cases.

Paul lectures and tutors in insolvency matters at the Law Society and is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners.  He is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator.

Nora Lillis – Private Client Partner

Her practice focuses on providing advice in the area of trusts and estates including the law of charity.
