This is usually due to non payment of your renewal fee or because you have forgotten your password – please contact us at membership@legacymanagement.org.uk or support@legacymanagement.org.uk and we will get your access back up and running

These are sent out a month prior to your renewal date by email. If you know your renewal date has passed and you need a replacement renewal invoice, please contact finance@legacymanagement.org.uk

Yes, you can pay buy credit card for your initial membership (not renewal) and for CiCLA, the Diploma in Charity Legacy Management or any of our online Core Knowledge courses.

At the final stage of the online booking form, you will be asked to choose between BACS (invoice) and credit card.

Yes, all our free webinars are available to watch in the ILM members Viewing Room.

If you have attended a course with a fee attached, as a delegate you will receive a free recording of the course.

We offer a single (bulk) invoicing option to all charities with 3 or more ILM members. Please contact support@legacymanagement.org.uk to find out more and to get this set up.
